Niagara Bottling Bringing Jobs to Phoenix

arizonaflag_160x120Niagara Bottling said it plans to open a new plant in Phoenix, Ariz. that will bring at least 60 new jobs to the area. The 252,000 square-foot facility will cost the company $35 million.

“We are very excited about our expansion in Phoenix,” Brian Hess, executive vice president of operations and legal affairs, told the Phoenix Business Journal. “We’re looking forward to not only servicing the needs of our customers in the region, but to being a good corporate neighbor.”

Niagara, which is based in Ontario, Calif., plans to add workers in a variety of capacities. The company plans to work with state and city officials in the recruitment of workers.

According to the Business Journal, the facility will produce a variety of products to serve the Southwest region. It will be Niagara’s ninth bottling plant.
