Green Career Site Launches for Californian’s

Green Jobs California is a new career site launched today by the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) which shares information and resources helpful to people looking to join a company with environmentally sound ethics.

“The goal of Green Jobs California is three-fold: to inspire people to pursue a career within the green economy; connect them to the training they need; and expose them to online resources, including job boards that will help them start a green career in their chosen field of interest,” said Erica Fick of the EDF.

Listed on the site are position descriptions, salary ranges, required experience, and suggested education. Additionally. training programs available in the Los Angeles area are provided.
