The difference is that CEOs had a 25% increase pay over 2010, while CFOs had only 19% increase over 2010. The highest paid CEOs appear to be in the real estate business, while bankers and those in technology industries follow behind. However, it is hoped that the gap between CEOs and CFOs will be closed when the pay-per-performance policy is fully implemented.
