Nancy Reardon Receives Honor

The Chief Human Resources Officer for the Campbell’s Soup Company, Nancy Reardon, has received the honor of becoming Fellow. She receives this honor from the National Academy of Human Resources. This notable honor is considered the best honor that one can receive in the department of human resources and shows how much accomplishment Reardon has made over the years.

Nancy Reardon has been working with human resources for the past two decades and continues to work in this particular field. Her current position is to supervise all of the human resources projects for the Campbell Soup Company. Reardon has worked hard with this popular and well-known company to help them create strategies and plans that would help them to continue to be a successful business. She has helped the company and its employees work hard to grow and expand over time.

The President of Campbell’s, Denis Morrison, has nothing but positive things to say about Nancy Reardon. She believes that Nancy has been a great addition to the Campbell Soup Company and says, “Nancy has been a valuable member of the Campbell leadership team since 2004 and has made a significant impact on Campbell’s business and culture. She is truly deserving of this recognition for her outstanding contributions to Campbell and to the field of human resources.” Morrison credits Reardon with much of the success that Campbell’s has had over the past few years.

Because Reardon strives to ensure that the company has a strategy plan and that employees are satisfied with their workplace, Campbells’ has received the honor of Best Place to Work in three different countries. Campbell’s continues to excel and receives notable accomplishments, honors, and awards for being such a fantastic workplace.

Aside from working with Campbell’s, Reardon has also held positions as a human resources officer with some other popular well-known companies. These companies that Reardon has worked with in the past include Avon, Duracell, and American Express. Reardon came to Campbell’s with much experience in the human resources field and continues to gain experience as she continues to work in this field.

While Reardon received such a notable honor, two other human resources workers received this honor as well. Lucien Alziara for Avon received the honor of Fellow as well as Joseph B. Ruocco who works as a human resources officer for Goodyear Tire & Rubber.

The honor of Fellow has been in existence for approximately 19 years and since it was established, less than 150 people have received a nomination for the honor. This proves that to receive such recognition, one must have extreme leader potential and work very hard to help the company they work with to excel and thrive regardless of the economy.
