More employers cut holiday bonuses and perks

American employees this year are receiving few holiday perks due to the tough economic times. It wasn’t long ago that as many as 54% of small businesses gave holiday bonuses, compared to this year where only 29% plan on giving holiday bonuses. Bonuses, gifts, even holiday parties are increasingly being cut by small businesses seeking to minimize expenses. Although many are cutting back, some are still doing better in comparison to last years numbers.
