Tips for Finding the Right Employee

The UW’s AgVentures human resource management team points out some suggestions for interviewing, finalizing candidates and putting them on job for a long time. Treat each applicant respectfully and courteously. Older applicants, women and minorities and those with disability should be treated the same way you treat others. Accept applications filled out by the applicant in your office itself. Please check all gaps in employment history and find out reason of changing jobs.
