Coverys Recently Promoted Employees

The Coverys Company, known for being a provider of liability insurance, has recently made a major announcement about the promotion of several employees working for the company. Three employees, Donna Miele-Cesario, Stephen Langlois, and Theodore Kelley have all received promotions from the company. Miele-Cesario will now take on the position of senior vice president for Coverys while Kelley has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of the human resources department. Langlois also received a new position and will now operate as the vice president for the actuarial department.

These promotions have taken place just at the right time, especially at a period in time when Coverys is working to become more organized with each of its regions. The CEO for Coverys, Gregg L. Hanson, had nothing but positive things to say about the three employees and their recent promotions. In fact, he says that all three of these individuals have been very successful with all that they have done in their previous positions, making them the perfect match for their new promoted positions. He says that because of these employees and their hard work and determination, they have helped the company to enhance and operate in an efficient manner. He believes they have contributed to the success and positivity of the company, knowing that they will continue to bring this to Coverys while taking on their new positions.

Miele-Cesario received her promotion after having much success while working in the IT Department. Her responsibilities have since expanded but she is ready to take on all tasks that come her way. She first started her career at the company’s Claims Department and has moved around to different departments, working in an effective manner for each of the systems. Miele-Cesario is a graduate of Lesley College where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management. She also has certificates from Boston University and Northeastern University.

Kelley received his promotion after having held many responsibilities within the human resources department for quite some time. In fact, Kelley has worked within the human resources department for over three decades and has plenty of experience under his belt. He has a Bachelor’s Degree, which he obtained from the Pennsylvania State University.

Last but certainly not least, Langlois received his promotion after being recognized for his performance in previous departments. He attended the Boston College, which is where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He has managed to hold a number of different positions for the Corverys company and is believed to be the best match for the new position.
