The principle fringe benefits are: employer’s share of Social Security, pension plans, insurance, vacations, holidays, rest and lunch periods. Working 40 hours per week for 52 weeks gives 2080 hours of work per year. No overtime. Let’s assume fringe benefits are 40 percent of the hourly salary.
