Long-Term Unemployed Still Looking for Jobs

Though unemployment figures were lower at 8.3% in January, the people who have been jobless are still struggling to find jobs. The employers want younger people and the old experienced people are a lot less in demand, even as they send out their resumes regularly. Some of them are opting to return to school for advanced degrees.
