Recent College Grads: Firing Up Your Job Search

Although the job market isn’t very promising for recent 2012 graduates, the market is currently better than it has been in the last few years. In a recent survey, 54% of managers said they plan on hiring recent graduates. That is up 8% from last year. It is estimated that there are currently 33 people applying for every one open position.
