Same-Sex Marriage Changes in Delaware To Take Effect July 1

Delaware is now following suit with legalization of same-sex marriage. Taking effect July 1, 2013, the law will require that every law applied to opposite sex couples will be the same for same-sex couples as well. Also, under the Delaware’s Civil Union Equality Act, if business do not comply with these laws, they are subject to face a discrimination claim.
