Republic of Korea flagSeoul, Korea’s KMC Group is launching its first US factory in Atlanta, Georgia, creating 60 jobs.

The firm manufactures ball valves for use in gas lines, oil fields, chemical plants and offshore platforms.

The new factory will operate under the name KMC Atlanta Incorporated.
