indianaflag_160x120Kemper Foods is expanding its facility in New Albany, Indiana, and bringing in 350 new jobs between now and 2012. The city is providing a loan in return for which Kemper will bring in 50 new employees this year and begin the expansion. Additional incentives will kick in as more jobs are added.
