City of Stratford Names Ing HR Director

Ronald Ing has been named human resources director for the administration of Stratford, Conn. Mayor John Harkins.  He will begin Jan. 28 and earn a salary of $88,000 a year.

Ing is a 20-year veteran of the human resources field and is currently director of human resources for Uretek/Archer, a New-Haven based manufacturing company with operations in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

He replaces former director Edmund Winterbottom, who left the post when the new mayor took over.
