New I-9: Where is It?

No doubt, it’s a big question mark when the new I-9 will be approved. Although there is a school of thought that the new form will be ready by the dawn of 2013, there is another school of thought which opines that the new form may not see the daylight by then, given the 6,200 comments the form has received online.
