‘Game of Thrones’ Sound Recordist Career Advice

Game of Thrones fame, Emmy award winning sound recordist Ronan Hill is sharing tips to be a successful sound technician. According to him, discussions with the crew about the level of coverage expected for each scene, configuring the sound cart and ensuring all sound equipments and working with the daily script pages, resources from CAS and AMPS inspire a sound technician to do at his best. He also suggests hearing the classic pieces of work done by the Irish production sound mixer Peter J. Devlin who is well known for his works in Transformers, Pearl Harbour and Star Trek.
