Job hunt is a tight competition and rejections are quite common, so here are some tips from Lenroy James to handle job rejections properly. It’s good to evaluate yourself after a rejection just to figure out what went wrong, but don’t dwell too much on the past. You may retrospect whether you were properly dressed or if you were able to give concise and complete answers. The decision of the hiring managers to hire or reject the applicants is strictly professional, so never take the rejections personally. Finally, don’t get caught up in negatives; instead, always stay positive.
