Verifying the authenticity of your employees, knowing your employees and all their facts well before hiring them in your company is a crucial matter.
This will save a lot of confusion and impediments at a later date. The aspect of e-verification before recruitment, introduced by the federal government is being implemented by North Carolina in full force.
The phase-wise e-verification of employees took shape in early this year and the next batch to be e-verified will commence from January of next year. A good beginning has been made in the right direction.
