The website which is funded originally by the U.S Department of Labor is a free online career coaching community which offers virtual career mentoring to entry level as well as mid level job hunters by letting them engage in online conversation with career professional and to have peer to peer sharing of similar experiences. The Goodwill career experts also provide relevant blogs, webinars and videos along with the encouraging success stories.
