Penn-Trafford School District Hires Its First HR Director

Pennsylvania’s Penn-Trafford School District has its first director of human resources.

Ramona Pope was approved for hiring this week by an 8-1 vote. She will begin in August with an annual salary of $92,000.

Pope comes from the Wilkinsburg School District, and previously worked for the Penn Hills School District.

The Penn-Trafford School District is a public school district that serves western Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. It has 1,600 students in five elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. The district mascot is the Warrior.
