Adams Joins Allscripts as Executive Veep, Human Resources

Allscripts has brought on Diane Adams as Executive Vice President, Human Resources.

Adams joins from Cisco, where she was Vice President of Human Resources for Worldwide Sales and International Theaters. She joined Cisco in 1995.

Previously, she worked at Nortel and ran her own consulting firm.

Adams will work at the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina campus.

Allscripts provides electronic health records, electronic prescribing, revenue cycle management, practice management, document management, medication services, hospital care management, emergency department information systems and home care automation to more than 160,000 physicians, 800 hospitals and 8,000 post-acute and home care organizations.
