Alliant Energy Taps Reschke as HR Veep

Madison, Wisconsin’s Alliant Energy has appointed Wayne Reschke as vice president of human resources.

Reschke brings with him more than 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership & organizational development consulting. He will oversee human resources, labor relations, safety and diversity functions for the firm, including determining long-term strategy, addressing the needs of current and future workforce, developing talent, and competitively managing changing compensation and benefit trends.

He will report to Barbara Swan, executive veep, general counsel and chief administrative officer.
