Omnicare Welcomes Erin Ascher as New VP of HR

Erin Ascher has been announced as Omnicare Incorporated’s new Vice President of Human Resources.  As VP of HR, she will be responsible for Omnicare’s HR utilities, such as the design and execution of strategies for attracting, preserving, developing and rewarding employees.  The appointment comes at the same time that Omnicare is hiring Timothy J. Hopkins as their Vice President of Trade Relations.

Ascher, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, previously functioned as the Vice President of Human Resources at Prime Therapeutics, LLC. Prior to that, Ascher was Vice President of Human Resources for the International Sector of Ecolab, Inc. Ascher offers over 20 years of Human Resources experience to the Omnicare Corporation.
