Post Views 0The Fair Employment Opportunity Act of 2011 introduced by Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) and Henry Johnson, Jr. (D-GA) in the House of Representatives, ensures protection for the unemployed who are searching for new jobs. This Act makes it illegal for employers to refuse candidates just because their current employment status is unemployed. This Act also bans job ads specifying “unemployed need not apply.”
