Unresolved Payroll Tax Cut

Both Democrats and Republicans like the new 2% payroll tax break on workers. The only problem is how or who will pay for it. The Senate did not approve of two bills that would cut the amount of social security taxes an employee would pay. The other bill would cut federal payroll extension by $100 billion dollars. Things should be all figured out by the end of this year’s holiday season.
