HR Pros 2012 Top Worries Revealed

The 2012 Top Five Total Rewards survey was conducted by Deloitte and International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. The survey reveals that to get talent and retaining performers is the most challenging task for organization. 330 respondents of the survey ranked the top 5 priorities for 2012. Health care benefits and reward programs are some of the five priorities which feature among them.
