Post Views 114If an employee is on Family and Medical leave and is responding to work related phone calls or emails, he or she will still be considered on a leave. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) does not stand violated as long as phone calls or emails are not happening multiple times in a day of his or her leave. But if it happens several times a day, then it can be tricky.
