This article is in a question and answer format, the question being, if a company can get in any type of trouble (presumably legally) for posting pictures of employees on their website. In this case, it’s a matter of consent- should the company get their employees written consent to be featured on the website, they are covered. If they don’t, they could expose themselves to legal issues.
