Employers face Severe Flu Season Challenges

Flu or Influenza is one thing which spreads like a rapid fire. One to one, many to many it affects almost all by spreading. In particular if it attacks an employer in an office inturn we can say that it has affected the whole office. Proper care must be taken toensure that the employers take flu vaccine. Proper covering and hygenic activities must be followed . ADA must provide the employees with proper gloves, masks etc to prevent it from spreading. On the top of it if they can be provided with local leave or sick leave with pay that would be the best.
