Bureau of Reclamation Hiring in California

The federal Bureau of Reclamation will hold a job fair next week at Lake Berryessa, California.

The agency is hiring one heavy equipment operator, four maintenance workers and three laborers. The positions pay between $17 and $26 per hour. The jobs are temporary, lasting up to one year.

The Bureau of Reclamation (formerly the United States Reclamation Service) is an agency under the US Department of the Interior, and oversees water resource management, specifically as it applies to the oversight and/or operation of numerous water diversion, delivery, and storage and hydroelectric power generation projects it built throughout the western United States.
