Connecticut Town Chooses Bard as HR Director
Post Views 7The town of Berlin, Connecticut has appointed Denise Bard as its new director of human resources for the town and the public school system. She starts July 27th.
Bard joins from the Human Resources Department at the University of Hartford, where she oversaw all aspects of human resources for more than 400 employees, including recruitment, orientation, benefit administration, labor relations and negotiations and retirement counseling.
Bard earned an MS in organizational behavior from the University of Hartford. She has also earned a professional certification in human resources.
