The Institute of Business and Medical Careers Appoints New HR Generalist

Rhonda S. Beard has been named the new corporate Human Resources Generalist for The Institute of Business and Medical Careers.

As the Human resources Generalist, Beard will work to make sure that benefit guidelines, as well as human resources policies comply with regulations. Additionally, she will be in charge of hiring new staffers.

Beard has nearly twenty years in high-level Human Resources. For nine years she worked in HR Management at McKee Medical Center and ten years of Generalist experience at Poudre Valley Health Systems.
