Majority of employees plan to contribute more to their 401(k)s

According to Fidelity Investments research, 19 percent of working people have no retirement savings outside their office plan. Using 401(k)s in a better way is the only way to achieve their long-term retirement savings goals. Only 54% of working respondents stated that they would contribute more to their 401(k)s.
