Job Market’s Growth Continues To Be Slow In December

According to the latest survey of the Society for Human Resource Management(SHRM) and other organizations like U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) recession still has impact on economy. They say that at the end of year December 2011 hiring activity will decrease and job cuts will increase .HR professionals are still having more trouble in recruiting skilled employes for jobs opening at their companies.
