Regulation Changes Coming In 2012

There are some changes in regulations that are expected to come in 2012. One of them affects W-2 reporting requirements. It will affect employers with more than 250 employees in 2012. Another one is 401(k) fee disclosure rules which require plan sponsors to disclose all fees and expenses to participants of 401(k)-type plans. The end of rollovers to HSAs has come. There are also new federal rules.
