Any job is like a building. The foundation is different from the walls which are different than the roof. The trick is putting them all together to make something solid that brings the intended benefits. Eric P. Bloom, the president and founder of Manager Mechanics LLC, says regardless of their professional level, can be divided into three parts, which are must-dos, hired-to-dos and want-to-dos and making them work together will benefit the individual and the entire company.
